Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Seek & Dive. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including scuba diving courses, fun dives, and equipment rentals.

By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card (where available), or cash at our dive center.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but once a booking is confirmed, the price will be honored.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

In case of unfavorable weather conditions or safety concerns, Seek & Dive reserves the right to cancel or postpone activities. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

All divers must complete a medical statement and liability release form before participating in any diving activity.

Divers must be in good physical health. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, a physician's clearance may be required.

Seek & Dive reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in a manner that compromises safety.

While Seek & Dive maintains professional liability insurance, we strongly recommend that all participants have their own dive-specific travel insurance (e.g., DAN or equivalent).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
